Why does it matter?

Quality matters because like anything else, you need to know exactly what you're buying and that what you get matches your expectations.

Our products will never contain man-made chemicals or harmful substances as fillers or substitutes. We only use all natural organic carrier oils and waxes, and therapeutic grade essential oils in our beard oil and other scented products.

In fact, if you see the word "fragrance" in a product's ingredients, it can mean anything - but what it DOES MEAN for sure, is that they don't want to tell you something. We are always going to be full-disclosure with our ingredients so you will know exactly what goes into what you put on your body. And THAT'S the way it SHOULD BE.

At Righteous Beard, we won't just toss you a "scent profile", but show you the specific essential oils that make up that scent. It matters more to us that you know what you're getting than keeping our recipes a secret. Most of what we use are essential oils, and a few scents are dilutions or essenced carrier oils such as Tobacco (an insoluble absolute) and Fossilized Amber (diluted for use). If you have questions about what is in the products we offer, don't ever hesitate to ask.
